Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NUVOS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates.

4.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time:

• Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications
• App Settings: Update your notification preferences in the NUVOS mobile app
• Contact Us: Email privacy@mynuvos.com to request removal from SMS lists

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages within 24 hours. You may still receive transactional messages related to active projects for up to 30 days after opt-out.
